An English delft plate, Lambeth, circa 1770-85, painted in blue, green and manganese with a windmill within a simple foliate border to the rim, diameter 23.3cm, a Bristol delft cracked ice ground plate, circa 1765-75, diameter 23cm, and a Lambeth delft plate, polychrome painted with chinoiserie flowers, diameter 23cm (faults and restoration throughout). Provenance: from the private collection of David Armitage, former conservator to the Department of Eastern Art at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, between 1970 and 1999.
