A George III oak and mahogany crossbanded longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the painted 13-inch square dial with subsidiary seconds, date aperture and inscribed 'R. Fletcher, Chester', the hood with swan neck pediment, the trunk door with shaped top, on a panelled base and block feet, height 208.5cm, with pendulum (faults and alterations).
