A Regency mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the silvered break arch dial with subsidiary seconds and date dials, Roman hour numerals and floral engraved spandrels, inscribed 'Thos Jay Beccles' to arch, and 'J. Edwards Birmm Sch' to lower dial edge, the arched hood with brass ball finials, glazed door and fluted Corinthian columns, the ebony line inlaid arched trunk door flanked by a pair of fluted corner columns, on a similarly inlaid base and bracket feet, height 231cm, with pendulum, two weights and winder.
