R.A.F.’, the two corresponding dress miniature medals, uniform buttons, a volunteer reserve badge, a pair of epaulettes with VR badges, and a group of related photographs, negatives and paperwork, including an Armistice dinner menu 1927, further menus, his appointment to Probationary Flight Officer, dated ‘7.11.17’, his appointment to Probationary Flight Officer, dated ‘Dec 27 1917’, his appointment to 2nd Lieutenant, dated ’13 May 1918’, relating to the service of William Frederick Aubrey Snell, Royal Naval Air Service, a framed photograph, detailed to the back ‘Bristol F.2B Fighter’, and various copied paperwork relating to him, including details of his death at Brighton on 23rd December 1962.
