Loose-leaf gatherings with an almanac for months of the year, 3 portrait illustrations, two of young ladies, another of the publisher John Murray, with accompanying verses. Original black morocco covers with red morocco onlays, decorative gilt surround, g.e., slipcase with the same design and with accompanying tortoise-shell magnifying glass, both contained within a single original black morocco case with metal clasp, a red vellum onlay to upper cover of the case, gilt lettering to the onlay (slight fading to the vellum).
