LOT 3502
A fine early 19th century midshipman's dirk with curved blued and gilt-decorated fullered blade, blade length 25cm, engraved with trophies of arms and foliate designs, cast brass foliate openwork guard, ivory grip and foliate-decorated crest plate with chain guard, with decorated brass scabbard with twin-ring suspension. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
