An Orrefors wave cut flared circular bowl, designed by Simon Gate, raised on a small black foot, engraved marks to base with numerals '400/8', diameter 30.3cm, together with a similar vase with wave cut detail on a black foot, engraved mark 'Of 1934', height 22.3cm, a bowl cut with concentric circles beneath a dentil rim, on a black foot, unmarked, diameter 26cm, a Vicke Lindstrand Orrefors vase raised on a black foot, height 25.8cm, another Simon Gate black footed bowl, an Orrefors vase with cut decoration, probably designed by Olle Alberius, height 19.5cm, and an Orrefors optic moulded globular vase, probably designed by Edward Hald, height 15.5cm. Provenance: from the collection of John and Poppy Stallebrass.
