An early 19th century and later oak longcase clock, the eight day three train movement chiming on eight bells and striking on a gong, the 14-inch brass breakarch dial with silvered subsidiary strike/silent and bell selection dials to arch above a silvered chapter ring and subsidiary seconds, the hood with swan neck pediment and glazed door, the trunk door with inlaid shell paterae, on a cut cornered base and ogee bracket feet, height 233cm, with pendulum and three brass weights (alterations and restoration).
