An impressive 19th century mahogany wheel barometer with timepiece, the 12-inch silvered dial inscribed 'Banks 441 Strand', beneath a 6-inch silvered timepiece dial, inscribed 'Robt Banks Strand', fronting a circular brass single fusee movement with platform escapement and pendulum, and a bowfront mercury thermometer, the case with swan neck pediment above two pairs of brass columns, ebony and brass stringing and bubble level, height 126cm.
