A Dutch delft Peacock pattern plate by De Porceleyne Claeuw, 18th century, painted in blue within an ochre rim, blue painted marks to base, diameter 23.3cm, a similar Dutch delft plate, painted in Chinese style with a vase of flowers to the centre, diameter 23cm, and a polychrome painted delft plate with central flowering rockwork, the rim with red flowers, diameter 22.3cm (faults and restoration). Provenance: from the private collection of David Armitage, former conservator to the Department of Eastern Art at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, between 1970 and 1999.
