A Meissen soup plate, late 18th/early 19th century, painted with a floral bouquet and scattered sprigs to the basketweave moulded gilt edged rim, crossed swords in underglaze blue to base, diameter 22.5cm, together with a Meissen dinner plate, similarly painted, crossed swords and dot in underglaze blue to base, diameter 24.5cm.
