A matched pair of Meissen pierced rim cabinet plates, late 19th century, painted with a central figural garden scene within a floral garland frame, the rims pierced with floral and trellis panels, polychrome enamelled, beneath gilt dentil rims, crossed swords in underglaze blue to bases with gilt numerals '65' and other impressed and incised marks, diameter 24cm (one restored, other with chips to footrim).
