A pair of Japanese Satsuma earthenware vases by Dozan, Meiji period, each of shouldered tapering cylindrical form, painted with opposing figural panels, reserved against a midnight blue ground filled with gilt flowers and simulated brocade, gilt and iron red signatures to bases, height 29.3cm.
