A set of three George II silver graduated tea caddies and hinged covers with pineapple finials, the central caddy of square form, engraved with 'C' and rococo foliate scrolls, raised on trefoil feet, the other two of rectangular form with matching decoration, on plain stepped bases, London 1739 by John Pero, total weight 1583.5g, height 13.7cm, within original silver mounted back fish-skin covered casket with velvet lined interior, silver handle and key escutcheon, on bun feet, length 26.5cm (minor fish-skin loss to hinged lid).
