A Ridgway part dessert service, circa 1820-25, pattern No. 660, painted with central floral bouquets within a cream ground frame gilt with flowerheads and leaves against a gilt overlaid cobalt blue ground, the rims with foliate scroll moulding and stylized fan handles, comprising oval dish, length 28cm, square dish, small single-handled square dish and seven plates, together with a group of other plates and dishes with the same moulded rims, also painted with flowers, and a similarly painted large circular bowl, pattern No. 2/740, diameter 23cm. Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.
