A pair of Japanese Satsuma earthenware vases, Meiji period, probably by Kinkozan, each of square tapering form, painted with opposing panels of figures in landscape and birds flying beside flowers, reserved against a dark blue glazed ground filled with gilt decoration, unsigned, height 14.8cm (one neck repaired).
