A Japanese Hirado porcelain brush rest figure, Edo period, modelled as a recumbent Chinese boy holding a flower stem, length 15cm (minor chip to leaf), together with four other pieces of Hirado porcelain, 19th century, comprising a blue and white water dropper, length 7.3cm, a white glazed puppy netsuke, height 5.5cm, and two white glazed Sambaso dancer netsuke, one with nodding head, heights 6cm (some faults).
