A late 19th century French gilt brass mounted oak mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the circular dial with cream chapter ring framing a pierced gilt floral centre, the square case with urn finial above applied scallop shell and pierced scroll corner mounts, the front and sides with female masks, each side with similar mask circular panels, on a plinth base with foliate scroll and paw feet, height 44cm, with pendulum and winding key.
