A late 19th century French gilt metal and porcelain mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the backplate with Richard & Cie maker's mark, the porcelain circular dial with floral band and black Roman hour numerals against a bleu céleste ground, the case with Cupid surmount above flower festoons and foliate scrolls, the front inset with two further porcelain panels, on a breakfront base, the case back stamped 'P.H. Mourey 78', height 35cm, with pendulum and winding key.
