A large Chinese famille rose Mandarin palette export porcelain punch bowl, Qianlong period, the exterior finely painted with figural scenes divided by bird vignettes within 'Y' diaper borders, the interior with central figural roundel beneath a rim of bird vignettes, gilt foliage, keyfret band, butterflies, foliate scrolls and flower festoons, diameter 41cm, height 16.3cm (rivet repair and hairline cracks).
