A late 19th century French rosewood carriage style mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the backplate stamped 'HRY Marc a Paris 8775', the signed engine turned silvered dial with black Roman hour numerals, the rectangular case with boxwood and satinwood inlaid foliate scroll decoration, beneath a cast brass carrying handle, height 23cm, with pendulum.
