A Regency rosewood cased bracket clock with eight day twin fusee movement striking hours on a bell, the painted circular dial with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'Frankcom & Mowat Bath', the dome top case with brass mounted recessed panel to front, flanked by a pair of brass drop ring handles and pierced fret panels, on a rectangular plinth base and bun feet, height 42.5cm, with pendulum, case keys and winding key. Note: Frankcom & Mowat are recorded clockmakers working in Bath between 1810 and 1842.
