A Doulton Lambeth stoneware gilt metal mounted table oil lamp, circa 1881, decorated by Mark V. Marshall and Emma Martin, monogrammed, the tapering body with four incised panels of bats and owls amongst foliage, held within gilt metal supports with scroll detail to the legs, on a cruciform base, the reservoir decorated with four foliate panels, fitted with a Hinks burner with a glass chimney, impressed and incised marks, total height to top of reservoir 41cm.
