A pair of Meissen porcelain mounted ormolu twin candelabra, the porcelain mid-18th century, modelled as the commedia dell'arte figures Harlequin and Columbine, probably by Eberlein based on earlier Kändler designs, Harlequin playing bagpipes, playing card decoration to his breeches and shirt, Columbine playing a hurdy-gurdy, mounted on later 18th century ormolu rococo style bases supporting twin branches with foliate detail, underglaze blue crossed swords mark visible to back of Columbine's base, figures 12.5cm high (faults).
