A Chinese jewelled yellow soapstone carving of a luohan, late Qing dynasty or later, modelled seated holding a ring above a small tiger resting at his side, his robes embellished with turquoise, blue and white coloured beads and with finely incised detail including a seal mark to his back, height 7cm, with carved and pierced hardwood stand and silk lined fitted hardwood box with sliding cover.
