Frontispiece, 26 uncoloured plates, maps to pastedowns. (Light browning, occasional spotting.) Original cloth (extremities bumped and scuffed, spine faded). Provenance: Patsy and Charlie Wainman (inscriptions from the author and photographer dated 'Feb 1934' with portrait caricatures to front-free endpaper); The Michael Gilkes Collection.
