Together with a small group of correspondence from the publisher Harry Margary, including two a.l.s. by Margary on Lympne Castle paper discussing the slow progress of the OS series and the gifting of some charts to Michael Gilkes (170 x 140mm.), and a thank you note from Margary 'Without this support from my regulars, the project would never have been completed. When I started the project in 1974, I had no idea that fulfilment would take 18 years!'.
