A Staffordshire porcelain part tea service, circa 1800, probably by Factory X, of spiral fluted form with painted blue flower and gilt decoration, comprising teapot and cover, cream jug, tea bowl, coffee cup, two saucers and a saucer dish, pink painted pattern number '190.' to base of saucer dish, together with another porcelain part tea service of oval shape, painted in pink and gilt with festoons, comprising teapot and cover, sucrier and cover, coffee cup, two tea bowls and a saucer, painted pattern number '260' to bases (some faults). Note: for illustration of first teapot see page 228, plate 374 of Robin Emmerson's 'British Teapots and Tea Drinking'.
