A Japanese ivory tusk vase and cover, Meiji period, carved in relief with a man carrying a water bottle and offering a cup to a maiden holding a parasol, the reverse with another figure, incised black stained signature and red seal mark, the lid with a tiger finial, height approx 23cm.
