A Chinese famille rose export porcelain jar, Qianlong period, the baluster body painted with opposing leaf shaped panels, each filled with deer, red capped crane and pine, flanked by smaller landscape or flower vignettes, all reserved against a pink ground filled with peonies and tendrils, beneath a blue ground ruyi head and lappet collar filled with flowers and scrolls, unmarked, height 35.5cm, with carved and pierced hardwood cover.
