Original morocco blocked in gilt and blind (extremities bumped and scuffed, stitching weak). Provenance: Alice Wooster (inscribed 'Presented to Miss Alice Wooster By Her Brother Harold on the occasion of his visit to England in May 1904' to reverse of frontispiece).

Contemporary calf, gilt armorial crests to covers, spine gilt in six compartments with raised bands, lettering piece to second compartment, others with repeat foliate decoration in gilt, gilt turn-ins (extremities rubbed and lightly scuffed, some minor soiling). Provenance: Sydney Buxton (presentation inscription dated 'Christmas 1894' to reverse of front-free endpaper).
