An impressive 19th century Italian micromosaic topped centre table, attributed to Cesare Roccheggiani, finely worked with the Doves of Pliny within eight topographical reserves, depicting scenes of the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, the Temple of Hercules and other important views, all within malachite borders, the ebonized and gilt base with a knop stem carved with three seated putti, on downswept tripod legs, height 77cm, diameter 63cm.
