A Chinese ivory circular box and cover, Qing dynasty, possibly from the Peking Palace workshops, the top finely carved in relief with a dragon amidst scrolling lotus tendrils, with a border of lotus vignettes against a trellis ground, the sides with further flower vignettes against a trellis ground, diameter 10.3cm (edge of cover repaired).
