A fine and rare European gilded copper tazza, probably late 16th/early 17th century, the underside of the top and the footrim inscribed 'CHOBRE' in black lettering, the top finely worked with a central raised boss decorated in relief with a hunter with spear and dog, within two continuous bands of hunting scenes, including men on horseback, dogs, boars, bear, bull, deer, wolf, goat, lion and other creatures, the screw-off stand similarly decorated with two bands of creatures, height 5cm, diameter 28cm.
