A late Victorian gold backed and silver set, sapphire and diamond brooch, designed as twin hearts with a tied ribbon bow surmount, centred by a cultured pearl, claw set with two pear shaped sapphires, old cut and rose cut diamonds, fitted with a safety chain, weight 8.7g, total sapphire weight approx 2.70ct, total diamond weight approx 2.80ct, clarity grade approx SI, colour grade approx F-G, width 2.7cm, length 2.7cm, with a European Diamond & Gemstone Report and a case.
