A rare Tibetan bronze and bell metal ghanta and dorje, 16th century, the finely cast ritual bell decorated with a band of Lanca script within lotus petal framing, above Kala mask and pearl pendant festoons within vajra borders, the handle with bodhisattva mask beneath a vajra crown finial, height 21.5cm, the dorje or vajra cast with four pronged crowns to either end, length 12.2cm. Provenance: the Alain Presencer Collection.
