DICKENS, Charles. The Poor Traveller: Boots at the Holly-Tree Inn: Mrs. Gamp. London: Bradbury & Evans, 1858. ‘Reading Edition’, 8vo (163 x 103mm.) (Contemporary ink name inscribed to title, offsetting to title.) Original green wrappers (minor crease to upper cover). Note: the rarest of Dickens’ five ‘Reading Editions’, made to be sold at his public readings. – And a further forty-three volumes related to Charles Dickens (including a further three ‘Reading Editions’, being two copies of ‘The Story of Little Dombey’, 1858, 8vo, and ‘The Cricket on the Hearth’, 1858, 8vo) (44).
