An early Victorian silver four-piece tea set of octagonal baluster form, engraved with strapwork decoration, on cast scroll feet, comprising hot water pot, teapot, two-handled sugar bowl and milk jug, London 1854 and 1855 by William Hunter, total weight 2285.3g, height of hot water pot 27cm (handle detached from teapot but present). Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
