A William IV silver teapot of squat circular form, the domed hinged lid with thistle finial above a rim cast with flowers and leaves, the body chased with stems of flowers and leaves, flanked by a similarly decorated scroll spout and foliate capped scroll handle, on naturalistic feet, London 1831 by J.E. Terrey & Co, weight 796g, length 30cm, height 15.5cm. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
