A pair of Sèvres style ormolu mounted porcelain lampbases, circa 1900, both painted with a sepia band depicting children in rural settings, one holding a bird's nest, another with a sheaf of corn and a scythe, within gilt line edging against a turquoise glazed ground, flanked by acanthus capped gilt metal handles, raised on circular gilt metal bases, height to top of handles 34cm.
