A pair of Chinese famille rose porcelain ginger jars and covers, mark of Kangxi but late 19th century, of ovoid form, each painted with a bird perched on fruiting branches, flowers and rocks, underglaze blue six-character mark within double ring to bases, height 21.5cm (one cover restored).
