A Renaissance style Limoges enamel rectangular plaque, in the manner of Leonard Limosin, probably late 19th century, finely painted with a scene of St John Preaching in the Desert, 18cm x 13.5cm, within an ebonized and gilt metal mounted frame, the foliate engraved borders inset with six oval enamel cherubic plaques 38cm x 32cm.
