Folio (369 x 257mm.) Title, additional engraved title and 21 engraved plates, tissue-guards and letterpress leaves to each. (Some spotting and damp-staining to most plates, corner loss to one tissue, lacking blanks.) Original boards (rebacked, endpapers replaced, repair to lower cover). – And three related volumes (‘Villa and Cottage Architecture: Select Examples of Country and Suburban Residences Recently Erected. With a Full Descriptive Notice of Each Building’, [80 plates], 1868, folio, and ‘Daily Mail Ideal Labour-Saving Home’, 1920, 4to, and L.
