An early 20th century Masonic Knights Templar dress sword with double-edged blade, blade length 73cm, etched to one side with ‘Pauperes Commilitones Christi Templique Salomonici’ [The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and the Temple of Solomon] and to the other with ‘Non nobis Domine non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam‘ [Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us; but to your name be the glory], expanding cross shaped guard, wire bound grip and turned pommel finial.
