Two rare late 19th century tooled red leather game hunting ledgers/registers relating to Red Rice near Andover, Hampshire, and probably the property of Red Rice House and park, one album relating to shooting, the other to fishing, detailing the estate's hunting at home and away, with entries circa 1881, 1882 and 1883 mentioning the Best family name until taken over by the Grantley family in the 1900s, entries continue to 1942, detailed with numbers, names and types of animals hunted. Provenance: the property of a Hampshire private collector.
