An early to mid-19th century percussion punt or wildfowl gun with part-octagonal and part-round sighted barrel, barrel length 150.5cm, shaped lock and hammer with foliate decoration and gold tablet insert, detailed '(Wallis)', full-stocked with chequered grips, steel furniture and long ebonized ramrod with steel tip. Provenance: the property of a Hampshire private collector.
