Carl Rickelt (German 1857-1919) – Musikstudium (Music Studies), oil on panel, signed and dated 1885 recto, Galerie Heinemann label verso, 29.5cm x 21cm, within a swept gilt composition frame. Provenance: Galerie Heinemann, Munich by 1905 stock no. 7652 and purchased by Augustus Brandt in 1907; thence by family descent.
