A Chinese pale celadon jade and plate mounted hand mirror, mid to late Qing dynasty, the plated oval mirror back cast in relief with the eight Buddhistic emblems and inset with hardstone cabochons, the central oval jade panel carved in relief with Buddha's hand citron and scrolling leafy stems, the jade belthook handle of typical serpentine form, carved and pierced with a chilong and dragon head terminal, length 23.5cm.
