LOT 1081
A Burmese bronze rain drum, probably late 19th century, with verdigris patination, the circular top cast with central star motif and concentric geometric bands, the edge ornamented with four stacked frog finials, the sides similarly decorated in relief with geometric bands, opposing two leaf motifs and two graduated elephant processions beneath a pair of double strap handles, height 45.5cm, diameter of top 56.8cm.
