A Chinese small jade snuff bottle, Qing dynasty, of well-hollowed flattened ovoid form, each side carved in low relief with an oval panel depicting a seated figure and a boat, the stone of pale celadon tone with pale brown inclusions, height 5cm, with brass and coral mounted stopper. Provenance: accompanied by a purchase receipt from Robert Kleiner & Co Ltd, London, dated 25th November 2000.
